You may not

  • Make an agent claim to be human, or remove or obscure the AI disclosure.
  • Call numbers that opted out, are on an applicable do-not-call list, or are outside local calling hours.
  • Place calls without the consent the callee’s jurisdiction requires.
  • Spoof caller ID or present a number you are not entitled to use.
  • Run robocalls, political campaigning, debt-collection pressure, or calls to emergency services.
  • Use the service for fraud, impersonation, harassment or to collect credentials or payment details under false pretences.
  • Route health data through a non-PHI agent configuration.

Enforced by the runtime

  • The AI disclosure is spoken first on every call.
  • Opt-outs are written to suppression during the call.
  • Outbound dials are checked against consent, suppression and local hours before they are placed.
