1. Who we are and our role

MCPDial provides AI phone agents to businesses. For your account data we are the controller. For the calls your agents answer and place — audio, transcripts, contact details, bookings — you are the controller and we process that data on your behalf under our Data Processing Addendum (see sub-processors).

2. Data we process

  • Account data: name, email and sign-in identifiers.
  • Call data: call audio in transit, transcripts, call outcomes, actions the agent took, and per-turn latency.
  • Recordings: only when you enable recording, and — where every party must consent — only after the caller agrees.
  • Contacts and consent evidence: the phone numbers and details you upload or that callers provide, plus the consent ledger (source, basis, time).
  • Bookings: appointments the agent creates, and free/busy information from calendars you connect.
  • Billing data: handled by Stripe; we keep a customer reference and your credit ledger, not card details.

3. Where it is processed

Call audio is carried by our real-time media layer and the voice agent runtime, which today run in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany) for every call — including Swiss calls. Speech recognition, the language model and speech synthesis run through a residency-aware inference gateway in the workspace's region: EU workspaces on EU-hosted models, Swiss workspaces on Swiss-hosted models where one exists, US workspaces on US-hosted models, with no automatic fail-over to another region. Our application database (accounts, agents, transcripts, bookings) is hosted in Zurich, Switzerland. Voices or models hosted outside your region are used only if you explicitly select them for a US or rest-of-world agent.

4. Why we process it

  • To run your agents: answer and place calls, use the tools you allowed, and book appointments.
  • To enforce the calling rules: consent, do-not-call and calling-hours checks, and opt-out suppression.
  • To bill connected minutes and show you usage.
  • To secure the service and investigate abuse.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use your call data to train models.

5. Retention

Transcripts and call records are kept until you delete them or close your workspace. Recordings follow your plan's retention window. Consent and opt-out evidence is kept as long as needed to demonstrate compliance.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your account data at any time from the dashboard. Callers who want to exercise their rights over call data should contact the business that operates the agent; we assist our customers in answering those requests.
