1. The service
MCPDial lets you build AI phone agents that answer and place calls for your business, use tools you connect, and book appointments. You operate the agents; we provide and run the platform.
2. Your responsibilities as the operator
- You have a lawful basis for every outbound call, and you record consent where the law requires it.
- You keep your contact lists screened against the do-not-call lists that apply to you.
- You configure truthful company information; the agent will always disclose that it is an AI.
- You are responsible for what your agents say on the basis of the knowledge and tools you give them.
3. Billing
Usage is billed per connected minute, rounded up, at your plan rate from prepaid credit. Phone numbers are billed as a monthly rent in credit. Credit does not expire; it is refundable only where the law requires.
4. Acceptable use
Your use must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend calling for a workspace that breaches it.
5. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
